What decision should be taken about this candidate?

The criteria for selecting a Physics Teacher have been given as under: The candidate must: 1. Have a masters degree in Physics with at least 60 percent marks. 2. Be a graduate in Physics with atleast 65 percent marks. 3. Be between 25 and 35 years old as on 01/01/2020. 4. Should have work experience of atleast 5 years. The following exceptions apply:
A.  If a candidate meets all other criteria except 4 above, the candidate will be referred to the Principal.
B.  A candidate whose age is more than 35 years but less than 40 years will be referred to the Vice Principal. Ritika has done her masters from XYZ University in Physics. She topped her batch with 80 percent marks. She did her
