We cannot establish relationship between V, and the persons of the 1st generation. From statement II alone, U is mother-in-law of the mother of W. R, who has two children, is married to U. T is brother-in-law of R. Q is niece of T. S is sister-in-law of Q. we get: R is father of V. The data given in statement II alone is sufficient to answer the question.
