In such questions, First consider common side in both dice. Here, '18' is common. In clockwise direction, the sequence will be (18, 12 and 13) in dice 'a'. In clockwise direction, the sequence will be (18, 15 and 10) in dice 'b'. Clearly, we get 15 will come opposite to 12, 10 will come opposite to 13. So, 10, 12, 13 and 15 can never be opposite to 18. So, from the above options, 14 can be opposite to 18
