On taking the faces in clockwise direction from '3', In dice [a]: '3, 5, 1' In dice [b]: '3, 2, 4' So, '5' is opposite to '2', '1' is opposite to '4'. Thus '3' is opposite to '6'. If the dice is resting on '1' then the number that will be on the top is '4'.
