In 1 st and 2 nd figure, common letters are 'M' and 'K', so, In clockwise direction, the sequence will be (M, K and L) in figure 1.
In clockwise direction, the sequence will be (M, K and G) in figure 2. So, clearly, we get, 'G' is opposite to 'L'.
