You are stuck in a traffic jam with vehicles blocking all your paths and you get out of your vehicle to find out the reason. You notice that a person is unable to start his car which caused the jam. What should be your next course of action?

It is written that all your paths are blocked. So, it is not possible for you to use another road. Therefore, option (A) is invalid.  Arresting the driver or fighting with him will not be of any use to anyone stuck in the jam.
