    Solution

     Since Tia is at one extreme end. Pia is neighbor of Tia and is third to the left of Qia. This implies that Tia sits at the extreme left end, and Pia sits to the immediate right of Tia.  Also, Qia sits at the extreme right end. Thus, the final arrangement is shown below. It is clear that Qia is fourth to the right of Tia. Hence, correct answer is (C).
