    Let the length of the train = x meter So according to question: x/12 = (x + 320)/28 28x = 12x + 3840 16x = 3840 x = 240 So the length of the train = 240 m Speed of the train = 240/12 = 20 m/s Time taken by the train to cross a bridge 340 meter long = (240 + 340)/20 = 580/20 = 29 seconds
