    Time taken by Karan to complete whole work = (36 / 0.60) = 60 days

    Time taken by Meena to complete whole work = (18 / 0.20) = 90 days

    Let the total work be 180 units (LCM of 60 and 90)

    Efficiency of Karan = (180 / 60) = 3 units/day

    Efficiency of Meena = (180 / 90) = 2 units/day

    Work completed by Karan in 20 days = 20 × 3 = 60 units

    Remaining work = 180 - 60 = 120 units

    Therefore, required time = (120 / 2) = 60 days
