    So, total work = 12 × 18 × e = 216e units

    And work done in first 8 days = 12 × 8 × e = 96e units

    So, work left = 216e - 96e = 120e units

    Now, remaining workers = 12 - 4 = 8

    So, time needed = 120e ÷ (8 × e) = 15 days

    Additional days = 15 - 10 = 5 days
