first 200 km on car with a speed of 20 km/h and rest of the distance on bike whose speed is 5 km/h less than that of the car. Find his average speed for the whole journey.Solution
Total time taken to cover the whole journey = 200/20 + 150/15 = 10 + 10 = 20 km Desired average speed = 350/20 = 17.5 km/h
