So, difference = 11k – 7k = 4k = 7 → k = 7/4 = 1.75 Distances Distance_A = 11k = 11 × 1.75 = 19.25 km Distance_B = 7k = 7 × 1.75 = 12.25 km Initial distance = Distance_A + Distance_B = 19.25 + 12.25 = 31.5 km
