B 3350 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C 1576 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D 3480 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
E None of these Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

    Solution

    ATQ,
    Simple interest = Principal × Rate × Time ÷ 100

    ATQ,

    d × 13 × 2 ÷ 100 + (d + 850) × 9 × 2 ÷ 100 = 2254

    → 0.26d + 0.18d + 153 = 2254

    → 0.44d = 2254 - 153 = 2101

    → d = 2101 ÷ 0.44 = 4775
