Since, simple interest = {(sum invested X time X rate)/100} where sum
invested is in Rs., time in years and rate in percentage per annum
Interest received by Ravi = {(3200 X 10 X 5)/100} = Rs. 1600
Interest received by Sunil = {(4000 X 9 X 4)/100} = Rs. 1440
Required difference = 1600 - 1440 = Rs. 160
