3:4:7 respectively. If the area of plot received by R is 4800m² more than the area of plot received by Q, then find the total area of plot received by P and Q. ÂSolution
Let the area of plot received by P, Q and R be 3x, 4x and 7x respectively. According to the question,  => 4x + 4800 = 7x => 3x = 4800 => x = 4800/3 = 1600 Area of plot received by P and Q together, = 3x + 4x = 7x = 7 x 1600 = 11200m²
