Let service charge = Rs. x
Effective cost = 2400 + x
Marked Price = 1.25(2400 + x)
Selling Price = Marked – 360 = 1.15(2400 + x)
1.25(2400 + x) – 1.15(2400 + x) = 360
0.10(2400 + x) = 360
2400 + x = 3600
x = Rs. 1200
