    Let the average expense per day be x. Total expense = 75x After the admission of 15 more students, Total Expense = 75x + 240 Average Expense = x - 5 According to the question, 90(x -5) = 75x + 240 90x-450=75x+240 15x = 690 75x = 3450 Original Expenditure = Rs. 3450   Required answer is Rs. 3450
