    her brother Kunal, but 4 years ago she was four times as old as Kunal was then. Find the present age of Kunal.

    Let the present age of Kirti =x and Kunal =y ATQ- After 6 years- X+6 = 2(y+6)             … (1) Before 4 years – x-4 = 4(y-4) x-4 =4y-16 x =4y-12         …. (2) put the value of x in Eq (1) 4y -12+6 =2y+12 4y -6 =2y+12 2y =18 Y =9 years.
