    Total hours in 70 days = 24 × 70 = 1680 hours Total hours of rest in 70 days = 9 × 70 = 630 hours Total hours of walking = 1680 – 630 = 1050 hours Speed for 1200 km = 1200/1050 = 1.143 km/h Speed if he rests 10 hours a day = 1.5 × 1.143 = 1.7145 km/h Total hours of walking per day = 24  hr - 10 hr = 14 hours Per day walk = 14 × 1.7145 = 24 km Total time is taken to cover 750 km = 750/24 = 31.25 hours Therefore, the total number of days required to cover 750 km is 31(1/4) days.
