Respective ratio of the investments of Aman, Bittu and Chirag
= 12 Ă— x: 12 Ă— 1500: 8 Ă— 1800
= x: 1500: 1200 According to question: 1200/(x + 2700) = 1800/5850 3x + 8100 = 11700 3x = 3600 x = 1200 So the value of x = 1200
