ATQ, We can say that, Total quantity of mixture 'X' = {(4a + 20)/0.8} = (5a + 25) Liters Quantity of Soda in mixture 'X' = (5a + 25) - (4a - 20) = (a + 5) Liters According to the question, {(a + 5)/(a - 4)} = (3/2) Or, 2a + 10 = 3a - 12 Or, 'a' = 22 Quantity of Lime in mixture 'Y' = a - 4 = 22 - 4 = 18 Liters Quantity of Sugar Syrup in mixture 'Y' = (18/0.3) × 0.7 = 42 Liters
