    Let % of staff memebers who work in Customer Care Services in Ahemdabad is x%. So, {[28% of 450 - x% of 450] / x% of 450}× 100 = 40 which is {[28 - x] / x} × 100 = 400 x = 20 So, % of staff members who work in Loan department is 100 - (20 + 18 + 28) = 34% Therefore, required answer = 34% of 450 = 153
