    Area of the inner rectangle = 13 m × 19 m Width of outer road = 3 m So, length of outer rectangle = 13 + 6 = 19 m & breadth of outer rectangle = 19 + 6 = 25 m Area of the outer side =19m×25m Area of Path = Area of outer rectangle – Area of inner rectangle = 19 × 25 – 13 × 19 =19(25-13) =19 ×12 = 228m²
