rectangle, if area of square is 900 sq.cm and length of rectangle is four times that of breath. Find the area of rectangle.Solution
a² = 900 cm. sq. a = 30 cm According to question, => 4 × 30 = 4 (2b + b) => 30 = 3b => b = 10 cm So, l = 10 x 4 = 40 cm Area of rectangle = (40 × 10) = 400 cm. sq.
