a² = 324 cm. sq. a = 18 cm According to question, => 4 × 18 = 2 (2b + b) => 36 = 3b => b = 12 cm So, l = 12 x 2 = 24 cm Area of rectangle = (24 × 12) = 288 cm. sq.
