Let the length and breadth of the field is 3x and 4x respectively. Area of the field = 36864/12 = 3072 m2 So, (3x × 4x) = 3072 ⇒ x2 = 256 ⇒ x = 16 Therefore, the length of the field = 3x = 48 m And the breadth of the field = 4x = 64 m Required cost = 2 × (48 + 64) × 13 = Rs. 2912
