    Perimeter of the triangle = 3`xx` [if gte msEquation 12]>× [if !msEquation]--> [endif]--> 20 = 60 cm ∴ Perimeter of rectangle = 2( l + b) = 60 Or, l + b =30 And given that l – b = 5 ∴ 2l = 35 ⟹ l = 17.5cm ∴ Area of the rectangle = l x b = 17.5`xx` 12.5 = 218.75 cm²
