Median of a triangle divides it into two triangles of equal area.
So, area of triangle ACD = 2 X area of triangle ACE = 2 X 15 = 30 cm 2
Again, area of triangle ABD = 2 X area of triangle ACD = 2 X 30 = 60 cm 2
