Since they are moving in same direction, so their relative speed = 6.75 - 4.75 = 2kmph So they will meet after every =distance/speed = 0.75 km / ( 2kmph) = 0.75 /2 hrs = 0.75/2 * 60 = 22.5 Minutes So among the given option , only 3 hrs means 180 min is a multiple of 22.5 min hence they will meet after 3 hrs.
