    Let the value of the property of Riya = Rs. x lacs
    The value of the property of Dev = Rs. (x – 33) lacs
    The value of the property of Tanmay = Rs. (x – 33 + 12) lacs
    x + x – 33 + x – 21 = 261
    3x – 54 = 261
    3x = 261 + 54
    3x = 315
    x = Rs. 105 lacs
    The value of the property of Tanmay = 105 – 21 = Rs. 84 lacs
