According to the question, Total value of the property of Ravi, Sanjay, and Deepak = 75 × 3 = Rs. 225 lacs Let the value of the property of Sanjay = Rs. x lacs The value of the property of Ravi = Rs. (x – 20) lacs The value of the property of Deepak = Rs. (x – 20 + 10) lacs x + x – 20 + x – 10 = 225 3x – 30 = 225 3x = 225 + 30 3x = 255 x = Rs. 85 lacs The value of the property of Deepak = 85 – 10 = Rs. 75 lacs
