Let the value of the property of Neha = Rs. x lacs
The value of the property of Mohit = Rs. (x – 36) lacs
The value of the property of Kabir = Rs. (x – 36 + 18) lacs
x + x – 36 + x – 18 = 288
3x – 54 = 288
3x = 288 + 54
3x = 342
