      Solution

      As men and women are equal so , there are 2 women and 2 men so, total consumption will be 40 × 2 = 80 (by men) and 35 × 2 = 70 (by women)
      Total consumption = 150 kg
      But after including a woman the average consumption for 5 people is given to be 45.
      So the total consumption will be 45 × 5 = 225 kg
      So, woman’s consumption will be = 225 – 150 = 75 kg
