    Solution

    As men and women are equal so , there are 5 women and 5 men so, total consumption will be 40 × 5 = 200 (by men) and 30 × 5 = 150 (by women)
    Total consumption = 350 kg
    But after including a woman the average consumption for 11 people is given to be 45.
    So the total consumption will be 45 × 11 = 495 kg
    So, woman’s consumption will be = 495 – 350 = 145 kg
