Under Section 42(2)(e), regulations made by the Authority may provide for the contracts or class of contracts which are to be sealed with the common seal of the Authority, and ALSO for:

Section 42(2)(e) links TWO closely related regulation-making subjects together: (i) identifying which contracts/classes of contracts require sealing with the Authority's common seal, and (ii) prescribing the FORM AND MANNER in which contracts may generally be made by the Authority under Section 21(1) - a procedural/formal regulation-making power, not a substantive commercial-term regulation (like interest rates on delayed payments), a tender-eligibility criterion, a dispute-jurisdiction clause (which would ordinarily be governed by the contract terms themselves or general civil procedure law), or share-capital requirements for Section 12(3)(n) companies (which would fall under company law, not AAI's own regulations). This clause operationalises Section 21(2)'s reference to regulations governing contract 'form and manner'.
