Under Section 28B, the Authority may appoint eviction officers by general or special order in writing, and MAY ALSO define, in that order:

Section 28B empowers the Authority to appoint eviction officers and, within the same appointing order, to define EITHER the local (geographic) limits, OR the categories of airport premises, within/in respect of which each eviction officer shall exercise Chapter VA powers - a jurisdiction-defining mechanism, not a provision touching salary/pension terms (governed by Section 10(2)/regulations generally), Board-membership eligibility, court-designation for complaints (a matter for Section 28P and the criminal procedure framework), or a retirement-age cap, none of which Section 28B addresses. This jurisdictional demarcation allows the Authority to allocate eviction responsibilities efficiently across its multiple airports and premises categories.
