Under Section 41 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, any person aggrieved by an order of the District Commission may prefer an appeal to the State Commission within forty-five days of the order, but where the appellant is required to pay any amount under that order, no such appeal shall be entertained unless the appellant has first deposited:

B Twenty-five per cent of that amount, in the manner prescribed
C The entire amount awarded, without any relaxation
D Ten per cent of that amount, along with a bank guarantee for the balance
