The right to move the Supreme Court by appropriate proceedings for the enforcement of FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS is guaranteed by which Article of the Constitution?

Article 32 is described as the 'heart and soul' of the Constitution (Dr. B.R. Ambedkar) and confers the right to approach the Supreme Court directly for enforcement of fundamental rights. The Supreme Court has power to issue directions, orders or writs such as habeas corpus, mandamus, prohibition, quo warranto and certiorari (Article 32(2)). Being itself a fundamental right under Article 32(1), it cannot be easily suspended, and its denial is a denial of the Constitution. Article 226 separately empowers High Courts, but Article 32 is the Supreme Court's own enforcement channel.
