Section 149. Delivery to bailee how made.The delivery to the bailee may be made by doing anything which has the effect of putting the goods in the possession of the intended bailee or of any person authorized to hold them on his behalf.

A Delivery to the bailee can be made only through a physical transfer of the goods

B Delivery to the bailee is considered effective if anything is done that puts the goods in the possession of the intended bailee or a person authorized to hold them on behalf of the bailee

C Delivery must be documented and signed by the bailee to be considered effective

D Delivery to the bailee is valid only if the bailee is physically present at the time of transfer
