as fine, in case of default of payment of fine, the Court may direct imprisonment for a term which is:

A One- third of the term of imprisonment which is the maximum fixed for the offence

B One-fourth of the term of imprisonment which is the maximum fixed for the offence

C One-fourth of the term of imprisonment which he has already been subject to

D One-third of the term of imprisonment which he has already been subject to
