Question
A painter purchased a painting machine to paint the house of a very important customer. While painting, due to a malfunctioning in the painting machine, paint spills on the expensive wooden furniture of the customer. The customer terminated the painting contract with the painter due to this incident. Can the painter approach the consumer court to seek damages from the company?
