Section 51(5)(a) expressly empowers the Inspector-cum-Facilitator to advise employers and workers relating to compliance with the provisions of the Code, alongside the traditional inspection function under clause (b). Section 51(6) additionally confers powers to examine persons found on establishment premises, require information regarding names and addresses of persons, and search, seize, or copy relevant registers or wage records where an offence is reasonably believed to have been committed.
