The time for inspection when notice is given is governed by Order XI, Rule 14  of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Statutory Provision:
âWhere notice to produce documents or to admit facts is given under Rule 13, any party serving such notice may, after the expiration of three days  from the service thereof (exclusive of the day of service), inspect  the documents or copies thereof at all convenient times during office hours of the Court, provided such party previously pays or tendered the proper fees for inspection or copies.â
