B Section 23 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C Section 24 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D Section 25 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
E Section 22 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

      Solution

Section 23 of the Right to Information Act provides that no court shall entertain any suit, application or other proceeding in respect of any order made under the Act, and no such order shall be called in question otherwise than by way of an appeal under the Act. This bars ordinary civil proceedings against orders made under the Act, channelling challenges through the appeal mechanism provided in the Act. However, the constitutional remedy of writ jurisdiction under Articles 226 and 32 remains available.
