Madhav National Park, which recently became India's 58th tiger reserve, is located in the Chambal region of Madhya Pradesh. It is specifically situated in the Shivpuri district and represents Madhya Pradesh's 9th tiger reserve. The reserve spans 1,751 square kilometers, comprising a 375 square kilometer core area and a 1,276 square kilometer buffer zone.
