    In November 1924, Nayak Reform Committee was formed whose president was P. Vidam and its other members were Mashal Singh, G B Pant, Jangbahadur, and Mukundilal etc. (Note in some books the president is referred to as N C Steef. On 1 February 1929, the Nayak Girls Reform Act was passed.
