    Solution

    No Sky is Rain (E) + Some Rain is Rainbow (I) → Some Rainbow is not Sky (O*). Hence conclusion I follows. Some Cloud is Rain (I) → Conversion → Some Rain is Cloud (I). Hence conclusion II follows. Some Cloud is Rain (I) + Some Rain is Rainbow (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion III does not follow.
