    Solution

    SI received from 35% of the sum = (0.35 x 600 x 5 x 6)/100 = Rs.63 SI received from 65% of the sum = (0.65 x 600 x 15 x 4)/100 = Rs.234 Therefore, total SI received = Rs.(63 + 234) = Rs.297
