Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot launches 'Indira Gandhi Smartphone Scheme' in Jaipur. It aims to empower women, revolutionize IT sector, provide mobiles to all women. 'Seekho Digital, Sikhaao Digital' Digital Sakhi Handbook was also released.  Phase 1: 40 lakh women and girl students receive smartphones with Rs 6800 DBT.
