Under Section 27(1) of the PFRDA Act, 2013, any intermediary (including a point of presence) who was associated with a pension scheme appointed by the Interim PFRDA immediately before the establishment of the Authority, and for whom no registration certificate was necessary prior to such establishment, may continue to act for how long?

A A period of six months from the date of establishment of the Authority, or if an application for registration is made within that period, till the disposal of such application.
B A period of three months from such establishment, subject to a one-time renewal of three further months by the Authority.
C A period of one year from such establishment, unconditionally and irrespective of whether an application for registration is filed.
D An indefinite period until the Authority chooses to revoke the registration, with no statutory cut-off.
E Only till the date of publication of the first regulations under the PFRDA Act, 2013, whichever is earlier.
